Motorcycle Rental Terms & Conditions

1.1 Renter should ensure that the said vehicle shall NOT be operated:

• To transport goods in violation of customs regulations or any illegal manner
• To propel or tow any vehicle or trailer
• In motor sport events
• By any person under influence of alcohol or drugs
• Outside of Hong Kong
• By anyone other than the Renter

2.1 Hong Kong Resident: Hold HKID + valid HK driving licence over 5 years. Minimum age 30.

2.2 Overseas: Valid passport (with HK entry date/landing slip) + overseas driving licence over 5 years (with IDP if not in English) + proof of address. Minimum age 30.

To change your rental dates or bike, use the "Modify Booking" link in your confirmation email. The following policy applies:

• 6 or more days before pickup: free self-service change of rental dates / bike via the link in the confirmation email.
• 2–5 days before pickup: self-service changes are still available, but any later cancellation fee is floored at the tier applicable at the time of modification (i.e. modifying never lowers the cancellation fee).
• Less than 2 days before pickup: self-service changes are not available. You may submit a modification request for our approval, or contact us on WhatsApp +852 5961 4354.
• Up to 2 self-service modifications per booking; the new pickup date must be within 90 days.
• If the new rental total is higher, the difference is payable immediately; if lower, the difference is refunded to your original card (5–10 working days) after a fee charged per the cancellation policy percentage.

11.1 On return, damage is graded as Light / Medium / Heavy based on scratch length, dent area, cracks, or required part replacement. Cosmetic parts (fairings, fuel tank, panels) and mechanical parts (forks, suspension, brakes, exhaust) are graded by different standards. Heavy damage requires an official quote from the OEM / authorised workshop, typically 5–7 working days. See the Traditional Chinese version for full criteria.

12.1 If the vehicle requires repair due to Renter’s liability and is unavailable for rental during repair, Renter shall compensate loss-of-business at 50% of public daily rental (70% for heavy damage / part replacement) for up to 10 days (or up to 30 days where OEM/authorised workshop repair is required). The compensation is recorded in the Return Settlement and deducted from the Damage & Misc Deposit. Renter must top-up if the deposit is insufficient.
