Under Section 37 of the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations (Cap. 374B), visitors to Hong Kong (i.e., anyone arriving in Hong Kong but not residing here for more than 12 months — such as tourists) may drive using a valid driving licence issued outside Hong Kong or an International Driving Permit.

2

Can I add a second rider?

No.

3

Can I take the bike off-road?

All rental vehicles may only be ridden on legal public roads. Restricted zones excluded.

4

What fuel grade do the bikes use?

All vehicles run on standard (regular) petrol. Full details are covered during the handover briefing for each bike.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation fees apply as below (calculated on the total rental amount): • 6+ days before pickup: 20% of total rental • 2 days before pickup: 30% of total rental • Same-day cancellation: 50% of total rental If you fail to arrive on time at the shop, you may forfeit your booking and refund eligibility. The shop reserves the final decision on any rental and may decline at its discretion. Please plan your dates, time, bike model and location in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

6

Can I change my rental dates or bike?

Yes. Your confirmation email contains a "Modify Booking" button for self-service changes to your rental dates or bike: • 6+ days before pickup: free self-service change of dates / bike • 2–5 days before pickup: self-service changes still available, but any later cancellation fee is floored at the tier applicable at the time of modification (modifying never lowers the cancellation fee) • Less than 2 days before pickup: no self-service changes — submit a modification request for our approval, or contact us on WhatsApp +852 5961 4354 Up to 2 self-service modifications per booking, and the new pickup date must be within 90 days. If the new rental total is higher, the difference is payable immediately; if lower, the difference is refunded to your original card (5–10 working days) after a fee per the cancellation policy percentage.
