- Insurance: third-party passenger and third-party property insurance included in every rental; optional Premium Go CDW reduces the excess/deductible
- Overseas visitors: may ride on a valid overseas driving licence or International Driving Permit under s.37 of the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations (Cap. 374B), for stays up to 12 months
- Pillion passengers: allowed
- All rental vehicles may only be ridden on legal public roads (no off-road use)
- Severe weather: under a Black rainstorm warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above the shop suspends operations and pickup/return is rescheduled; under Amber/Red rainstorm or Typhoon Signal 1/3, rentals are handled case by case per government advice. Booking value carries over to the next rental with no time limit
