Is insurance included with my rental?
All rentals include third-party passenger insurance and third-party property damage insurance. Coverage is based on the amounts specified in your rental agreement.
What is included in my rental?
The following items are included with your rental:
- Third-party accident and property damage insurance
- Pre-ride safety check and 24/7 emergency support
- Unlimited mileage within Hong Kong
- Equipment: Dashcam, steering lock, and phone holder
- A full tank of fuel upon delivery
Can I use my own GPS?
Yes. If the motorcycle is equipped with a factory GPS mount, you can use it directly. Please check with customer service regarding specific model configurations before renting.
Can I store my luggage at the shop?
Yes. We provide storage services for luggage or any personal belongings.
Is motorcycle apparel or gear available for rent?
We offer gear rentals such as helmets and jackets. Please make sure to book and contact us before your rental.
Can I pick up and return the bike at my hotel?
Yes. This service is subject to the daily availability of our operations team and will incur an additional fixed service fee.
Is there a daily mileage limit?
No. Your rented motorcycle comes with unlimited mileage within Hong Kong.
What are the driver's license requirements?
Hong Kong Residents
Must hold a Hong Kong ID and a motorcycle driver's license for 5 years or more, and be at least 30 years old.
Mainland China Visitors
Must hold a valid "Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau" with a tourism endorsement, and present the entry slip (landing slip).
Must hold a Chinese motorcycle license (Class D or E) for 5 years or more, be at least 30 years old, and provide proof of current residential address.
Overseas Visitors
Must hold a valid passport, entry slip, and an overseas motorcycle license for 5 years or more.
If the license is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) must be provided. The minimum age requirement is 30 years old.

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for any time changes.

Is the motorcycle inspected before I ride?
Before every ride, all Rentalbike.hk motorcycles are maintained and thoroughly inspected by our technicians to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
What should I do if I encounter a problem or have an accident?

What are the booking terms?
Please click this link to view the full terms, including driver's license requirements, identification, insurance deductibles, deposits, roadside assistance, and change/cancellation policies.
Are there any special conditions for use?
You must comply with Hong Kong laws, including: parking the motorcycle safely, using only the fuel specified by the manufacturer, and not exceeding weight limits. Using the vehicle for transport, towing, subletting, or other illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
Is roadside assistance provided?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance services within Hong Kong.
What happens to unclaimed items?
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left on the vehicle. All unclaimed property will be disposed of at our discretion after 30 days.
Are the bikes equipped with GPS or other telemetry systems?
Motorcycles may be equipped with GPS technology or telematics systems for monitoring. Renters should inform all drivers and passengers about such monitoring and its implications.
What happens if there is severe weather in Hong Kong?
In the event of severe weather (such as Amber/Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings, or Typhoon Signal No. 1, 3, 8 or above), rental services will be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled in accordance with government recommendations.
Delays due to weather: Booking deposits will be transferred to your next rental; no refunds will be issued, and there is no time limit for use.
How much deposit and deductible do I need to pay?
- The deposit is paid at pick-up via credit card pre-authorization or cash.
- The credit card holder's name must match the renter's name.
- Deposit refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the rental period.
- Customers are responsible for all tunnel fees, traffic fines, and vehicle damage costs incurred during the rental period.
How much do I need to pay if damage occurs in an accident?
If repair costs exceed the deposit, the renter is responsible for the additional costs (including parts, labor, and loss of business).
If the actual repair cost is lower than the deposit, we will only charge the actual cost to reduce your burden.
